This episode had some very nice Tom and Harry moments, despite the fact that it features the wedding of Tom and B'Elanna.
(Don't worry, it's not the real Paris and Torres.)
Harry is a busy boy at Tom's wedding, being both the best man and the leader of the band. |
The wedding commences. (Looks like only the wedding party gets to wear the dress uniforms.) |
"They're saving the painsticks for the wedding night," Harry jokes, and Tom laughs. |
Harry gazes at Tom with such a besotted look on his face during the wedding. He's so busy doing this that he misses his cue; Captain Janeway has to remind him to give Tom the ring. (Well, at least that wasn't as embarrassing as his stint as Tom's best man during Kes' wedding. He spilled champagne all over Tom at that one.) |
Harry asks Tom to eat dinner with him. On his wedding night. Umm, Harry.... |
Tom says he's eating with B'Elanna, and Harry teases him about being domesticated already. |
"Jealous?" Tom asks Harry. |
Harry claps Tom on the back, and goes his merry way. |
Tom gazes after Harry as he leaves. (Tommy-boy, you shouldn't be looking at other people that way on your honeymoon. ;-) |
Harry tries to express his condolences about B'Elanna's death to Tom. |
There was also a nice little moment in the briefing room. Janeway asks Harry how Tom is doing, and Harry replies, "No change," in such a sad voice.
